All types of wood available in construction and home improvement retail are produced in standardized sizes. These sizes are interrelated. For example, one size is two times another smaller size. This system of interrelated sizes is very unnatural, especially because the wood itself grows in a very uncontrolled manner and disorganized sizes.

The Dream Tree grows systematically as it uses the standardized retail sizes. The trunk is made from the thickest size available. Afterwards, the tree branches out into smaller and smaller sizes, eventually ending up in small twigs.
